Forget dull winter skies with this colour block handbag.

Sometimes it can be tricky knowing what to pair with accessories, but your options are endless with this bold blue and green bag. The detachable top handle means you can be practical and use this as either a clutch or shoulder bag.

We love the fab tassel and push lock detailing. Made with vegan materials, it would look fab worn with a black pencil skirt and classic white shirt, or with a simple dress and heels.

Melie Bianco bags are made in a factory which is regularly vetted for ethical practices and treatment of employees.

Home detox kit by Method

It’s amazing how even the cleanest of homes can get dirty really quickly. Now the decorations are down it’s time for that post Christmas deep clean, why wait for spring?

This Method kit includes everything you need to give dirty the boot and means you can evict toxic cleaning chemicals from your home. This seven piece kit has definitely earned its place under my sink.

All purpose spray in pink grapefruit – 828ml

This one didn’t even make it home, we’ve kept it in the office. It cleans our desks and our white board, and also leaves the office with a lovely, fresh pink grapefruit aroma.

Method laundry fresh air – 300ml (25 washes)

I used this for a white and coloured wash and it worked well with both, you just add four squirts to the drum or drawer and voila, clean results.

It left my clothes clean and the subtle fragrance wouldn’t overpower any fragrance you might be wearing. Refills are available, so there’s no need to buy a new dispenser each time.

All purpose floor cleaner – 739ml

I’m always cautious about floor cleaners, the less toxic the better with a little one in the house. This cleaner had an amazing lemon and ginger aroma.

This was easy to use with its ergonomically designed shower-nozzle spray which covered the floors in fewer sweeps and helped avoid puddling.

Washing up liquid in clementine – 532ml

My husband-to-be used this first and liked the pump action. When I walked into the kitchen I asked him where the oranges were and he just laughed as we didn’t have any.

The smell of this washing up liquid was so natural it’s scary (in a good way). I would also love this in a smaller size or for the bottle to be filled to the brim. Refills are available, so there is no need to buy a new dispenser each time.

Tub ‘n’ Tile – 828ml

Because our shower is over the bath it seems an endless task to keep the tub clean however, with Tub ‘n’ Tile no effort was required and like all of the other Method products so far, the smell was great.

Best in glass cleaner – 828ml

I hate cleaning windows (actually I detest it). I always get streaks and often the windows look worse then when I started.

My mum very kindly does this chore for me and she was pleasantly surprised by ‘Best in glass’. My mum loves using vinegar for glass cleaning but she said this was nicer to use and neither she, nor my house, smelled like a fish and chip shop when she was finished.

Lavender hand soap – 354ml

The shape of this dispenser was lovely and it now adorns our bathroom sink. I like the fact that you can turn the top and lock it as my little one has a habit of pumping away anything she can get her hands on until it’s empty. A great smell and hands feel clean and not dried out.

Overall this is a great detox kit and my home loves it. The pack costs £16.50 which makes a saving of £7.98. Don’t worry, you can buy everything separately too.

You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to create something delicious and nutritious.

Here, we’ve rustled up a fab dish in very little time, using a few staple kitchen ingredients. It’s perfect to make in the evening when you fancy a healthy snack.

Ingredients:

4 Happy Eggs

100g washed spinach leaves

200g grated cheddar

50g Parmesan cheese (grated)

200ml double cream

Salt and pepper to season

Equipment:

Use four 6 inch pots for cooking and serving

Method:

Cook the spinach in a pot of boiling water for 20 seconds, then quickly run under cold water to blanch them.

Divide the spinach equally between the 4 pots.

Mix the cheese and cream together (holding back a little of the Parmesan) and cook in a saucepan over a low heat to make a thick sauce, stirring continuously.

Divide this mixture equally between the 4 pots. There should be approx. an inch of sauce in each pot.

Crack the eggs and pour one into each pot. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Place in a preheated oven at 140C for 20 minutes.

When the egg has just gone white (yolk should still be runny), sprinkle a little Parmesan on top and place under a grill to melt, then serve.

You are now ready to tuck into your tasty dish!
